Marine Assistance: Results for 2014.
With strong economic growth and a consolidation of human and financial resources, 2014 has been a sucessful year for Marine Assistance.
In 2014, we introduced a customer satisfaction survey which is sent out after every assistance call and the season was a great success among our customers: with an average rating of 4.5/5, more than 95% praise our professionalism and rapid response. We are very pleased with the positive and constructive comments that we receive, and we will strive to improve our services and to meet the expectations of our clients.
Marine Assistance is becoming THE on-water assistance service for recreational boaters in France.
In June 2014 our company also signed with a new partner of choice. The insurance company Generali Assurances France and its subsidiary Europ Assistance France have decided to entrust us with their policyholders. We are fully committed to put our know-how and professionalism to work for their clients.
In 2014 we have been more and more solicited by insurance companies to provide rapid solutions for salvage and recovery. Our 24 hours a day, 7 days a week availability and the wide network of trusted professionals that we have built over the years allow us to respond quickly both nationally and internationally. As a result, we are often able to save boats from total destruction and by minimizing the damages on boats we are able to greatly reduce the overall cost for each client’s claims.
We wish to join in our success all service providers that we brought in in 2014 and who have demonstrated a great sense of service in all circumstances. Gradually, with the increasing number of assistance calls, our professional staff will continue to equip and train in order to provide more efficient services to our clients.
In addition to our on-water services, Marine Assistance stocks the best safety related products for boats in its online store. Of the proposed new products, we would like to highlight the first aid kits which comply with the new French legislation which will be effective in May 2015. With our line of products, our customers have all the solutions to secure their boat and the people on board.
Our free mobile app MARINE ASSISTANCE APPS is still being downloaded with more than 40,000 users so far. It has been updated to comply with IOS8 and thanks to our partnership with Navionics, it now includes a marine chart with worldwide coverage.
We want to use this opportunity to congratulate the athletes that we have sponsored in 2014. Congratulations to Jean Michel Niobe for his crossing Ajaccio / Nice by kayak. He has shown us that perseverance always pays. Jonathan Lobert (bronze medal at the London Olympics 2012 FINN) is trainning hard for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. He performed very well in 2014 (3 th at the World Cup in Palma, 4 th at the European Championship, 2 nd in the Test Event in Rio). Congratulations to these two great athletes. We are very proud of their performances and we wish them the best for 2015.
We owe our success mainly to the trust of our customers and we will make every effort necessary to maintain excellence in our services.
In 2015, Marine Assistance will continue to progress with its partners but also with more European and innovative services and new security products.
To be continued….
